25.01.2022 As the Easter weekend draws closer for many this would be a time to visit friends and family, this year we need to do things differently. We need to STAY HOME. Stay safe and well. Lets show the rest of the world that we can do this, that we can flatten the curve better than anyone else. Lets engage our competitive spirit differently.... By doing nothing. By staying home. By thinking beyond the now, but to the tomorrows, when if we do what we need to do now, we can celebrate family and friends again.

If you are looking to buy your forever home, or perhaps youre looking to build your property empire there are a few things you need to remember when buying at auction. Go to the auction prepared, do your homework, have a look at or have your solicitor look at the Contract for Sale, check there are no red flags. Have your finance sorted, the biggest thing you need to remembe...r when buying at auction is if you are the successful bidder you have committed yourself to that purchase, there is no cooling off. Have a number in mind and DONT go over it, it is very easy to get caught up in the moment and end up spending more than you can afford. You will need to pay a deposit, normally 10% of the purchase price, but this can be negotiated, go prepared. During this period, we would like to assure our clients that we are closely keeping up to date with the current COVID-19 outbreak, and complying with the advice by the Government.
