We are a 3 rider team contesting both the SS300 and R3 cup classes in ASBK 2021 First of we have Jake @farnsworth49 who is already a former Australian dirt track champion, who is now looking to cut his teeth at the top level of road racing in aus. 18.01.2022 Well what an awesome weekend of Motorsport to finish off the year! Friday I shook down my number one ss300 bike at eastern creek. First few sessions to find all the loose bolts and just one more to smash my pb with conservative effort I cannot wait to compete on this bike next year, massive thanks to Simon and Jake for building me a bike that’s on rails straight out of the box! Saturday I was racing supermoto at the MCH supermoto challenge. I qualified in 10th and finished ...7th in race one. Race 2 a small mistake turned into a big one trying to get away from the chasing pack. Whisky throttled off the table top only to land with the throttle pinned which only sent me and the bike flying into the tyre wall to end my day. Bike copped a beating but I felt like I’d been hit by a bus and lost all strength in my right arm. Thanks to my custom Ricondi race suit my body is still in one piece! Then I limped my sorry arse over to wakefield just in time to see Jake Farnsworth storm his way through the pack with 8 passes in 8 laps to secure an 11th place from 19th on the grid! There’s good reason this man has a junior Australian dirt track title to his name! Sunday would again give Jake an outstanding result. Using adverse conditions to his benefit, a cold and windy track gave him the chance to balls out and qualify in 7th place, followed by a p6 and p7 in the following races! Absolutely outstanding effort for his just his 3rd ever road race and first race aboard the freestyle tattoo/worth race developments ninja400! So proud! Then lastly on Sunday to see Marianos Nikolis Racing #46 come into the final round with a points deficit only to flip it on its head and take out the blu cru Oceana junior Australian championship! Wow I gotta say my eyes welled for my fellow Greek and Canberran dirt tracker. Awesome work mate so very well deserved and congratulations to your whole family! With our freestyle tattoo crew we will be celebrating a prosperous year that saw 2020 with its boot on our throat.
