22.01.2022 Hi everyone. Thank you for your recent support. As per the PM's latest address our massage services remain open as they are a health service for the public. We are happy to see you! We have had discussions since this update and added the following updates IN ADDITION to our previous measures. ... - Massage sessions are limited to 30 minutes in line with the time restrictions applied to hairdressers. - Pre-treatment COVID questionnaires are required to be filled in prior to all visits. - Staff have received additional training and pre-treatment temperature checks are to be conducted before visits in reception. If you have a raised temperature we may need to reschedule your appointment. - We recommend patients either sanitise or wash their hands in the bathroom prior to treatment. - Tape around the reception desk and on the floor space to encourage social distancing. - Home visits for our oncology patients are currently suspended. These additional measures should help to ensure we are not putting our valuable staff and patients at risk. Thank you to everyone for understanding, you have all been nothing short of amazing. We will continue to follow government advice and provide updates.

13.01.2022 We would like to introduce our two new staff - Bec is our new Kundalini Yoga instructor running classes on Wednesdays and Sundays. And apparently Hugh Jackman too (?).. Jen has a sense of humour.

11.01.2022 We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our patients and team in response to COVID-19 (coronavirus). This includes: - mandatory pre-treatment questionnaires for all patients presenting to our clinic, - hand washing and hygiene facilities in both the reception area and the bathroom,... - additional cleaning in-between patients and hourly cleaning of common areas, and - deep cleaning with increased precautions on a regular basis. Everyone has a part to play. To protect our most vulnerable patients, we ask that you call the clinic on 02 6292 1092 before attending an appointment if you have: - recently returned from overseas, or - had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or - recently been or are currently unwell with a fever or respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath. If you meet the above criteria, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
