21.01.2022 Coolangatta SLSC - RNR Carnival - sorry there are so many pictures but we had to take loads for our sponsors Leada Swimwear who provided our new rashies - we are super excited and thank you Gav so much! Also thanks to Mr Wright Property for our Tent which kept everyone dry and out of the sun as always.

17.01.2022 Hello Everyone The R&R Panel has decided to provide prizes in certain age groups for certain panel run carnivals. The prizes are for the panel run carnivals at:... Sunday 29 November Bribie Island Saturday 06 February Mermaid Beach Sunday 28 February Coolangatta At these 3 carnivals each member of the winning team in each of the following events will receive a movie voucher to the value of $20: U10 to U13 - 2 Person U14 to U15 2 Person Combined U12 to U15 - 5 Person. In addition to but separate from the above, the panel will run a Handicap Series. The Handicap Series will be run over the following 4 carnivals: Sunday 29 November Bribie Island Saturday 06 February Mermaid Beach Sunday 28 February Coolangatta Sunday 06 March Mooloolaba Combined Branches R&R Championships For the Handicap Series each member of the first, second and third teams in each of the following events will receive a movie voucher: U10 to U13 - 2 Person U14 to U15 2 Person Combined U12 to U15 - 5 Person. The value of the movie vouchers will be: First $50 Second $40 Third $30 The handicapping and placings for the Handicap Series will be decided by our long time experienced handicapper Scotty Byrnes. His decision in these matters will be final. The 2 Person event will be run over 2 run throughs at each event except the Combined Branches Championships. The team positions for the first run through will be decide by a ballot. The second run through will be reverse positions. The team score will be decide by adding the scores from the 2 run throughs and halving. All events will be run under full competition conditions and rules. Remember that entries are by carnival manager, all team members must be entered. There are no entry fees for the panel run carnivals. Team changes within the rules are permitted on the day providing that all team members are entered and listed on the entry information provided to the carnival referee by SLSQ. These rules apply to the 5 remaining panel run carnivals. Remember, there will be further training and instruction available at each of these 5 carnivals at the completion of the competition.
