14.01.2022 Bare Witness Rhodes, one of most beautiful brand new waterfront cafe restaurant/bar, is on the look out for a few passionate& experienced Gun Baristas joining our fantastic team, long term position. Ideally you should have minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role ONLY in specialty coffee. You will be leading by our Head Barista and working with a team of 3-4 baristas together on the daily basis. Full time hours and be able to work every weekend. We are looking for ba...rista who is a 100% team player with positive attitude, really loves what he/she does, making great and consistent coffee. He/She should be able to understand crop to cup concept, capable of tasting blends and singles, be able to adjust grinds, dial in machines, involved with daily QA, also understands lengths of pours, knows basic latte art and alternative brewing method.
