21.01.2022 Due to the floods and school closures, TULLY PCYC is closed. We will notify you on this page, when the centre will be reopened. See the smile on your childs face....thats because they get to enjoy your company today. Stay safe and dry!

21.01.2022 GRAND FEAST DAY. The children; chose, bought, prepared and ate the yummiest meal today. We started with; honey, garlic, soya chicken wings; veggie kababs and a garden salad. This was followed with banana pancakes, ice cream and a fresh strawberry sauce we made. Then for afternoon tea fresh cheesey garlic bread. All children went home content with very full tummies and having learnt some new cooking skills.

20.01.2022 School holidays are over and we had a great time at PCYC but its back to school on Monday. Dont worry your children can still have fun at After School Care. Call to book your children in.

19.01.2022 We celebrated Harmony day today. Were amazed at how good the children are at explaining what Harmony day is all about. The best answer was "its about love, you love the other people who live in Australia." Also love the answer "its about peace." With this type of thinking Australias future is in safe hands.

18.01.2022 Have you ever seen a bug hotel before? Heres one we made today. The bugs will be nice and cosey in our latest addition to our garden. Libby says its "a great home for them."

17.01.2022 Our picnic in the park was a bit on the wet side today but that didnt stop the children enjoying their healthly sandwiches and poppers that they prepared for themselves. It also made it the perfect weather to explore the local library and curl up with a good book.

11.01.2022 It may have rained most of last week, but that did not stop us from having an action packed week. We made slime, created works of art from wood, did a hike and discovered lots of exciting things about nature and ate lilly pillies. We rode our scooters and bikes, enjoyed games of soccer and volleyball and cooked up a storm in our new Mud kitchen. So did the rain stop us from having fun...NOT A CHANCE.

10.01.2022 On Monday we had the opportunity to work with the wonderful Mena to create this beautiful work of art and learn more about indigenous cultures for NAIDOC Day.

10.01.2022 Tomorrow is a day full of circus fun. Juggling, ribbon dancing, balancing and lots of performance fun. So come in you zany bright clothes ready to learn new skills.

08.01.2022 A great first day of holiday activities at Tully PCYC. The children tie dyed bags and planted seeds in their recycled plastic bottle pots. If your children are looking for great activities to do these holidays give us a call on 40682733.

07.01.2022 Some of our completed tie dye shirts. The children also now have new pillow case to sleep on after we had designed a picture, screen printed it and dyed them as well. Dont they look great!

07.01.2022 The one thing about moving furniture away from windows in peparation for a cyclone is that you have to put it all back again! We made the most of this as a time for change and the children got to rearrange the centre. Its going to take a bit more time yet, but we have some great new learning environments coming together.

06.01.2022 A big thank you Liz from Tropical Tai Chi who shared her skills with the children this morning as a Tai chi instructor. The children loved it and have already asked to have her back.
