11.01.2022 Sorry I have been so quiet! I recently had a typical winter cold which took its normal course. I was then due to have my monthly medication infusion aimed to keep my MS at bay but obviously I still had a bit of the bug in my system. I guess the combination of recent sickness and the medication (MS medication is quite potent - it has a big job to do!) was too much for my body to handle and I became very ill. I am feeling better now but it is a reminder that sometimes we just n...eed to take time out to look after ourselves Lisa x
