They definitely prefer local, not too spicy or overpowering but not ...dull either and looks count. Madame blueberry has been preselected for a match, who else gets to go, with whom and how will they be presented? ‘‘Twas our enjoyable task to create and cook a 3 course menu for Costa group Taste of @tumbafest last weekend . 9 wines and 3 dishes per session of 30 people, times 3. ( served cold at festival) Fine local wines by @tumbarumbawineregion , expert wine advice by @pique.nique.wine and @mounttumbarumbavineyardwines , lots of volunteer committee work and adventurous foodie vino people made this a fabulous little big event. You fill in the blanks... Avocado feta galette with dukkah egg paired with ? Snowy Mt smoked trout pasta with ? Pesto Beef bacon roulade and blueberry Noir sauce ? 09.01.2022 After careful consideration of numerous factors and despite our very best efforts we are disappointed to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Bendigo Bank Tumbafest. This decision was not taken lightly. The festival committee have spent the past 6 months monitoring health advice and changing government restrictions. The decision has now been made to cancel in consideration of our fans, performers, suppliers, volunteers, businesses, stallholders and our committee to minimise ...the impact on them. It’s been a tough time for Tumbarumba and Regional NSW who have battled drought, bushfires, Covid-19 and the recent flood event, however we will be back to celebrate 25 years in February 2022! Save the date 26-27 February 2022!

01.01.2022 Bendigo Bank Tumbafest 2021 Update The Tumbafest Committee are continuing to monitor the evolving situation and are in consultation with government and health officials regarding the festival. The safety and wellbeing of the community, artists, fans, staff and business is the first and foremost priority for the committee. We are continuing to evaluate the most up-to-date health advice and at this point are undertaking scenario planning for the festival.
