09.01.2022 What do you do when you have all these pumpkins left over and are a bit over pumpkin soup and pumpkin quiche? After some investigation in the pantry I came up with Pumpkin Chutney. I used pumpkin (obviously!!), chopped dates, apples, onions, usual spices and vinegar and raw sugar. I have a new favourite but the offical taster is not home until tomorrow!!!
