25.01.2022 Fresh out of the oven, a great big batch of gluten, grain and refined sugar free granola. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg and smells so amazing

22.01.2022 Ever tried kohlrabi? It's a brassica, related to cabbage. It's crispy, crunchy and delicious! I made a salad with a gorgeous specimen I received in my veggie delivery from 280 Fresh Veg. So simple but so scrummy....I cut the kohlrabi into thinish strips, threw in some goat fetta and fresh, home grown thyme, drizzled with garlic infused olive oil and fresh lemon juice then seasoned with my Tummy Lovin' veggie stock salt and some pepper. Mixed well. My kids went nuts for it!!!

10.01.2022 Is this not the best looking stir fry ever?!!! All veggies are from 280 Fresh Veg, including the garlic. Oh I lie! The green beans! Sadly they're from a big retail chain . Otherwise, I'm very proud to say all those delicious veggies are straight from the grower and spray free . Thank you to Sam and his team for delivering my goodies every fortnight (sometimes weekly). No Tummy Lovin products were harmed in the making of this meal, however plenty of love went into preparing it...and it's totally additive free .

08.01.2022 Gearing up to get back into action now that things have settled down on the Covid front, yay!! During Melbourne lockdown I turned my hand to creating granola for the kids and I and it was a hit so I think I may have a new product line to launch when I make my little comeback....there's a granolotta love going into this line . This here is my not so sweet, gluten, grain and refined sugar free chocoholics delight. 08.01.2022 As many of you are aware, I haven't been doing the markets since the Covid outbreak but that hasn't stopped me from supporting my local Dingley Village Farmers Market each month. Tonight's dinner is entirely from my market haul or produce from vendors who deliver to my door each week (except the gluten free penne). This scrummy dish has leek, garlic, spring onion and parsley from 280 Fresh Veg, oyster mushrooms from OyShii Mushrooms, maple glazed streaky bacon from La Villa Salumi and parmesan from Blue Bay Cheese....and of course some Tummy Lovin cab merlot salt
