13.01.2022 This I have to share today ...this absolutely amazing superstar of mine has pushed past HUGE barriers and completely blown me away with her achievements !! at 67 YEARS YOUNG she has lost an incredible 33 KG !! and 202 cm off her body!!!! , when Jan first came to me in 2014 she could barely walk across my lawn to come inside without getting dangerously breathless .. today she smashed 16 push ups on her toes!!! it brought tears to my eyes , she is off her medications , she trains for around an hour everyday , her doctor cant believe she is the same person , just look at her go!! SO VERY VERY PROUD XX

07.01.2022 The doors close today on another incredible year of helping people become fitter healthier, stronger , have more confidence, and to believe in themselves and everything they can do!!!..Its been my busiest year yet!! I have had so many new amazing people walk in my doors , and welcomed back all my strong awesome superstar clients from last year. It puts so much joy in my heart every day to have the incredible privilege to be a part of helping you transform your bodies minds, willpower determination and strength and i am so so super proud of everything you have achieved with me this year !!... I have enjoyed every second of training you all, wishing everyone a super special amazing holiday season , my doors will re- open on the 5th of january, stay strong and determined till then xx
