25.01.2022 HSV VE Maloo, 6.0L, 6 Speed Manual, Small Cam, OTR, Full Exhaust & Custom Mafless Tune. This one came to us for a tune evaluation after the new owner was experiencing starting and drivability issues. It would rev up to 3000rpm when starting, hang there for a few seconds then die down to idle. Admittedly the wide open throttle (WOT) tune side of things was pretty good, but it did have some room for improvement. The owners were told it ran over 400rwhp in WA where it was purc...hased from. I had concerns immediately about this figure especially with no OTR fitted and the cam didn’t seem that huge. Our as is base run confirmed this, with the car only managing to put out 340rwhp. We decided to retune the car and after a short while managed a nice increase to 375rwhp, with all starting issues now fixed. The car drives great now and the car now goes as good as it looks. 24.01.2022 VE SS, 6 Speed Manual, 6.0L, Custom Cam, Full Exhaust, OTR & Custom Mafless Tune. Todd brought this one to us to be retuned after recently repairing a failed lifter. The team at Hendry’s Performance Engines replaced the lifters and all the mechanical parts and we went about retuning the car. There were a lot of drivability issues with the previous tune and we spent a lot of time ensuring these were fixed. 22.01.2022 VF SSV Redline, HPE Custom Cam, Hi Stall, Full Exhaust, Harrop Supercharger & Custom Mafless Tune. Luke brought in his supercharged VF for a few power runs and tune adjustment after doing 5000km’s with the new combo. We ran around 580rwhp last time with timing at 10 degrees and 12psi boost. We added a couple of degrees and ended up with a nice 613rwhp at the tyres through the big high stalled converter. 20.01.2022 VE SS Ute, 6.0L, 6 Speed Manual, Cam Package, Full Exhaust, Ramjet OTR & Custom Mafless Tune. This one came to us from The team at Clapson Automotive. The customer had recently purchased the car from Western Australia and the tune required quite a lot of work. The car wouldn’t start most times and it drove like a pig. 20.01.2022 VE 6.0L, 6 Speed Manual, Custom HPE Cam, Harrop 2300 Supercharger, Pump 98 Fuel, Full Exhaust & Custom Mafless Tune. We tuned this one about a year ago and Wazza has done around 21000km’s in it with this combo. Wazza wanted to give it a few runs and basically do a health check. It ran a very impressive 498rwkw’s when we originally tuned it and it still pulls a nice 496rwkw’s on the same tune. I love seeing customers drive these things the way they are meant to and Wazza has... no issues doing that! This is super impressive on the street for a little 6.0L combo! Stay Tuned...

19.01.2022 HSV VF Maloo Ute, 6.2L, 6 Speed Manual, HPE Custom Cam, Full Exhaust, OTR & Custom Mafless Tune. This very tidy Maloo needed a custom tune after the team at Hendry Performance Engines installed one of their custom cam packages. We managed a very healthy 323rwkw’s from this package which surprised us a little, considering it’s not one of the bigger camshaft packages on offer.... Rod wanted a man cam in his VFSS & entrusted the team at Hendry’s Performance to design a cam to suit his needs. We looked after the tuning duties on this one. The combo managed a very nice 343rwkw’s or 460rwhp and is absolutely beautiful to drive. The manners of this big shaft car make you rethink the size of the cam!... 12.01.2022 VY Calais, LS3 Conversion, 4L65E Auto, Custom Cam, Full Exhaust, OTR & Custom Mafless Tune. This one came to us from the team at Hendry’s Performance Engines. Brett has recently purchased the car down south and unfortunately destroyed itself in very little km’s. Hendry’s totally rebuilt the engine, and it was evident from the damage there were some tuning issues. I was trusted to completely retune the car from scratch and we ended up with a very nice drivable combo! We man...aged 328rwkw’s or 440rwhp through the high stall converter and Craig’s Automatics 4 speed auto. 03.01.2022 WB Panelvan, LS1, T400, Custom Cam, Full Exhaust & Custom Mafless Tune. This very cool combo came to us for a tune after recently installing the conversion complete with cam upgrade. The owner wasn’t chasing massive horsepower but wanted a very aggressive idle. The camshaft selection did not disappoint there! After building a custom tune we managed a very safe 257rwkw’s at 6000rpm. On instructions from the owner and engine builder, we left things there - the cam was capabl...e of 7000rpm...
