06.01.2022 Turbo Diavel tuned with the TuneBoy software. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_vSpzJBv0k We made a special map for this bike, it replaces one of the MAP sensors with a 2-Bar map sensor, the 2-Bar sensor is connected to the turbo air box. The other MAP sensor is disconnected from the throttle bodies so it acts as a barometric pressure sensor. This allows the ECU to calculate the % increase in pressure inside the air box, the TuneBoy software has a table for boost fuel and one... for boost ignition, this allows the ECU to handle the extra fuel required once boost comes on and the ignition retard to protect the engine from detonation. Larger injectors are fitted to the bike, fuel pump and lines are all standard, clutch has a mod to allow it to handle the 240HP. See more

01.01.2022 TuneBoy down shift blip added to the 2017 Yamaha MT09. This replaces the lower part of the gear selector rod. The up-shift is still done with the Yamaha shifter and the down shift with the small Cordona shifter. This allows us to use a less expensive shifter version as it only needs to work in one direction. We also have cruise control, launch control and other features....
