20.01.2022 The Harold Hawthorne Centre just advised me that they made a mistake in opening the centre for classes. We can not do the class at the Centre until they go through an approval process. I will be at Kate Street Reserve at 11 am tomorrow (Tuesday 19th) and on Thursday 21st at 9:30, to run a free class. Im really sorry about the late notice. Remember to wear sunscreen, and there are no toilets at the reserve.

05.01.2022 Any one Qi curious? Or just wanting to tap into your inner reserves of calm? Evening classes will be starting, so let me know what day of the week would be best for you.

05.01.2022 Feeling moody? Is your memory fading? Are you loosing things, or yourself?! These are all signs of the brain (specifically the hippocampus) degenerating with age. The good news is that the hippocampus can be regenerated with mindfulness meditation, exercise and healthy eating. Join me on Monday 9:30 at Leisurelife Drama room in a session of Tai Chi Qi Gong Shibashi followed by meditation. The movements and breathing will focus your mind and relax your body, enabling you to enter a deeper state of meditation. https://www.mindful.org/how-the-brain-changes-when-you-med/

04.01.2022 A funny take on meditation and how to be ultra spiritual. https://youtu.be/i1UQSLuSqyQ

02.01.2022 We end the session of Qi Gong with meditation. The Qi Gong exercises promote a deeper meditative state. Or perhaps I should be getting some tips from this cat, he seems to know what he is doing... https://youtu.be/c5aRlPa5WJw
