21.01.2022 Everything touches everything! I put off my physical well-being for years I was grounded strong in my spirituality but it came at an expense... With relying too heavily on one aspect of my being, other parts of my health failed My emotional state wavered and was a ticking emotional time bomb with lots of suppressed unexpressed emotions buried down inside I took the easy route by spiritualising things too much only having to back track and get real with it later on I’ve loved my journey and I’ve discovered a lot about myself and it’s all good now things always come back full circle. So use my story to remember that you are a holistic person, with many facets and aspects and one without the other or relying to heavily on one can put you out of balance or create unnecessary suffering later on And this translates to your business It’s easy to be motivated by money and success and get on the hustle and grind strategy but remember to also go slow and listen to your people. Creating relationships and building bridges is also what business is about because without people, business would cease to exist.
