23.01.2022 Hey Tunesday mob exciting event coming up soon- The Noongar language school have invited us to come and sing with them in a couple of weeks at beautiful venue Replants in Fremantle. Learn some songs, eat some food and hang out amongst the grass trees. You are welcome to bring friends and family and please bring some food to share please note. This is not a public invitation.

20.01.2022 1st MARCH SPECIAL EVENT: Tunesday Workshop #4 this Tuesday 1st March. We are excited that the Noongar Language School mob will be at Tunesday this week sharing with us noongar language through song. Workshop 6-7pm at Perth City Farm followed by Open Mic (PM for details). Delicious dinner by donation available and all ages and abilities welcome. Tell your family and friends to come on down. 16.01.2022 Hey guys This week.... We've got a chilled musical Tuesday eve planned so come down to city farm and enjoy some food and tunes it was lovely to see a whole lot of new faces last week and hear some incredible young talent. Tomorrows workshop we will run over the beautiful noongar song we learnt last week and then learn a couple of very easy and great songs so that we have the music part down for a very special Tunesday on March 1st with The Noongar Language school coming to teach us some awesome songs they have been busy translating into language and wish to share with us!!! yay!! Then we will close the eve with an open mic performance by lamplight See you all tomorrow 6ish x Tunesday Mob

12.01.2022 Coincidence that last week the Noongar Language School shared with us this song in language! To be taught to the youth- Plans in the pipeline for a 4 week youth choir Tunesday sessions next term. Watch this space...

12.01.2022 Tunesday Week #1 kicked off to a great start with a very special and intimate evening of great people and music. The sounds coming from the all abilities jam welcomed you into a space full of melodies and people giving a variety of instruments a go. The icy punch went down well in the 42* heat and we had members from Madjitil Moorna come down and brave the warm weather to sing for us- we thank you. Lead by the very talented Kobi Morrison was a music workshop teaching us songs... in language (noongar) we all learnt a new chord or two. Next week we will be learning the noongar words to this song! The evening ended with a great number of people for an intimate jam session with mob from Kalgoorlie, Newman, Perth and elsewhere all sharing songs musical games and appreciation for each other. Thank you to Patti from Nulsens disability service for providing a delicious feed and Perth City Farm for hosting such a wonderful event. Looking forward to next week.
