17.01.2022 Hello Families and Community Members, As per Daniel Andrew's announcement today, students will return to remote learning, beginning Wednesday. Tuesday August 4th will be a Pupil Free Day for teachers to prepare. Wednesday August 5th students will return to Remote and Flexible Learning. There will be more details released by the Department of Education over the next 24 hours, as soon as I have it I will let you know. Please try to stay positive, calm and remind your children that everything will be alright, we are doing this to make sure that everything is fixed up as quickly as possible so that we can return to a normal school life. Lots of you may know someone in her family- she was a Mills from Yourang!!!

08.01.2022 FOOTY COLOURS DAY!!! At 3:19 this afternoon, one of our Grade 3s suggested the kids wear footy colours tomorrow (Thursday) as there is no school Friday in lieu of the usual Grand Final Public Holiday in September. Sooooo, IF your child wishes to wear footy colours tomorrow, feel free to allow them to do so. There is no pressure or donation required, just a good suggestion from a future student leader, at the very last minute of school! Please remember to make sure they are sunsafe, so if wearing a sleeveless footy jumper, put a t-shirt underneath.

08.01.2022 Check out this oncursion' opportunity (online excursion!) Watch the Penguin Parade from the warmth of your home! And the best news is, it's every night from 6pm!!!

08.01.2022 Our Grade 5 and 6 leaders have listened to some amazing speakers today. We waited (a really, really) long time to have a photo with Jimmy Rees from Giggle and Hoot, who kept us entertained, and encouraged the students to follow their dreams.

08.01.2022 Wow, what an amazing asset for the children and families of our area. Well done, and thank-you, to all those involved. https://m.facebook.com/groups/132060290799523

07.01.2022 Support our local footy team! It's been a rough year for footy and netball clubs this year, so take 20 seconds to vote for ours having the best footy jumper in country Victoria. Who knows, the footballers may repay the favor next year by running a skills day with us!

07.01.2022 Here is your chance to feedback to Victoria Police your experiences and concerns about policing in the Moira Shire. https://www.facebook.com/562312660458248/posts/3267116603311160/

04.01.2022 Hi Families, Last week at the Halogen Young Leaders Day, Ezra from Dance Curriculum taught us the moves from their song, Learning is Fun. An email account will need to be used to open Zoom (a parent or child's email.... In the meantime, here is their very catchy, earworm that is already going round the office with Miss Whinray and Mrs Eddy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QO6der8d4L4

04.01.2022 What a fabulous day back the Foundation to Grade Two students, Mr Young and Briony all had today! Ms Silveira dropped in to teach Auslan, and Mr Boyer had a really great Art activity for everyone. It was great to have Mrs Williams back onsite too.

04.01.2022 Hi Parents, just in case you'd forgotten... Please share around and tag TPS parents!

02.01.2022 "Play is the highest form of research" Albert Einstein Overnight last night, there was an issue with one of the sprinkler solenoids. It created some large puddles in the playground, and the area that is a very rudimentary (and temporary!) sandpit. This created the most amazing play opportunities, and the language and experimentation was amazing to observe. PS Neil has been in and fixed up the issue this afternoon!
