Tonight with my girls at home, im sure i will be reading about another adventure of Elsa and Anna :P Reading to, with and for your children creates so many things:- * A love of adventure... Sparks imagination Early Literacy skills Learning how stories are made and constructed Increases general knowledge Expands vocabulary strengthens the bond with your child allows for lead off conversations around issues/likes or even fears. Creates conversation assists routines Can help calm children and get them prepared for sleep set them up for future learning; reading for pleasure not a chore for school. make school work/homework easier in the long run! 20.01.2022 Lets have a bit of creative fun for our bigger kids!!! Since we cant do school holiday sessions... we are putting out a call for our creative kids to get writi...ng! Just a short story! We can provide the story prompts, paper, planning page etc (just contact so we can get it out to you)!! Dont worry about spelling, grammar etc (try of course :P) our short stories are being judged on creativity of storyline only!! Each age group winner will reciece a certificate and a prize!! competition ends 30th of April! :D
