06.01.2022 If there is something I have learnt from 2020 is that in life there are things you can control and those you can't. Prioritising ourselves is always put on the back burner. During the first lockdowns I did just that and took control of my rising weight and lost 21.5kg this year I intend to tone that weightloss. I've been putting myself first for the past year and you know what, the world and the family still did what they wanted to do and were well looked after but with one... difference I loved what was looking back at me in the mirror. I was back. So from today don't make a resolution just make yourself a priority.
