21.01.2022 Do you throw out "expired" fruit & veggies because they go off in the fridge. Learn about storing them correctly and the way they breathe .... what can you store together. My favorite saving is on mushrooms as I find they store & last for much longer in a vent smart than in a brown paper bag, easily get 10-14 days out of them.

08.01.2022 Margaret Anne posted a memory; "Went to my first Tupperware party in 1977 and many more after that. Still to this day use it all." Remember the Tupperware parties of the 50s/60s/70s?... The Tupperware Party allowed for women of the 1950s to work and enjoy the benefits of earning an income while basically working from home. In fact it was during the early 50s that Tupperwares sales and popularity exploded, and that really continued through the next couple of decades. Tupperware is still a successful company today although the parties are now only part of their marketing mix. Any memories of the old Tupperware parties? I remember my Mum having Tupperware when I was growing up in the UK. When I was visiting last year it was still there being used in Mums pantry, shes now 88. Suffice to say that it lasts a lifetime.
