20.01.2022 I have finally perfected poached eggs! Check out this recipe idea for a spicy alternative for a cooked breakfast! Potatoes: 1 teaspoon cumin & garam masala, 2 teaspoons tumeric, chilli flakes to taste, salt, fry in a knob of butter until fragrant. Add par cooked diced potato and sliced capsicum. Yummy! Boil water, and add a dash of vinegar. Stir until you create a whirlpool and add your eggs. Ps: i could never nail this until I had the Tupperware cookware. Nothing sticks! And it wipes clean.
