Turbo Construction is a local Canberra builder specialising in new residential builds, extensions and renovations. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated applicant who is willing to learn, has a very strong eye for detail and is proactive.... Skills/Experience If you have already started your apprenticeship or are looking for a change of trade we want to hear from you. Qualifications/Training As a Carpentry apprentice you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the trade including, but not limited to, complete house builds from frame to lockup, renovations and much more. You will complete a 4 year apprenticeship whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III Carpentry. You will also have exposure to all elements of house building outside of carpentry if you are willing to learn. To be successful in this position you must: Have experience safely using power tools; Have a strong eye for detail; Have the ability to work unsupervised; Have good knowledge of safe working principles; Be willing to work hard; and Have a drivers license and own vehicle.
