08.01.2022 Remember this? Its what the Australian East Coast looked like in many places in September last year. I havent been back to Forster in a few months, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was now burnt and blackened much like many coastal towns and hamlets both north and south of Sydney. Places that we all know and love and visited as children are now charred remnants of once beautiful urban and natural environments and landscapes. Small businesses that have operated for generati...ons have been extinguished forever. Quaint little streetscapes in sleepy towns are gone and cannot be replaced. Native fauna and livestock have suffered horribly. Many human lives have also been lost and if not lost, changed forever. Now is the time to urge our government and leaders to take action. Its critical that measures take place now, at so many levels. Housing needs to be made more robust to help deal with the challenges brought about by fire. Recognition must be given to the irreversible changes taking place in the environment. This current situation has been brought about by our own carelessness and greed and that of our forebears. The threat posed by fire is just one indicator that there is something seriously amiss on this little planet of ours. Government at state and federal level must recognise that which seems obvious to all the rest of us. Climate change is real. It doesnt matter what has caused it. It really doesnt. Endless political arguments and point scoring are futile. Its time to act. We owe it to our children. Come on Mr Morrison and Ms Berejiklian, do something please. Something meaningful and helpful in leading us out of this awful mess.

08.01.2022 TPI has been working with George and James over the past 18 months to bring their concept for a new style rehab gym to reality. The project involved gaining development consent from Northern Beaches Council to the design and use, and managing extensive fitout works. The project has been completed on budget and on time and the gym is now open and operating very successfully. George and James are working with a small clientele to bring their clients level of fitness and over...all well being to a whole new level. They would welcome the opportunity for you to come and discover the brand new facility - Holistic Health Club in Warriewood. Located in the heart of the Warriewood business park district, the Holistic Health Club is setting its self apart from what is known as a traditional "gym". By taking a Holistic approach to Health and Wellness Coaching George and James are running a Trial Month Opportunity for the first 20 people to respond to the offer. Holistic Health Club runs Morning and Evening Semi Private Coaching sessions where you can be educated and exercise in a safe environment and develop your self awareness of health.
