22.01.2022 Our River Oaks project is now complete and the owners have moved in. Landscaping, fencing and a few minor items still to come of course. This North facing alfresco area will be a delight for entertaining and relaxing year round as it captures the cool Summer breezes and warm Winter sun alike. The light Shale Grey weatherboard exterior with white trim has beautifully achieved the beach bungalow look. A custom designed truss over the alfresco means this house is a unique and welcome addition to the neighborhood. We can't wait to see how this place will look with an established garden and furniture and we will posting updates when it happens.

14.01.2022 Our new Layer House design has a 20 metre long lap pool that greets you every time you come home. Yes, that's the entrance door and porch off to the right.

14.01.2022 Introducing our latest concept design - Layer House. A 2 storey ultra modern design with clean geometry and a strong focus on space maximisation and efficiency. Zoned living spaces remain well connected and seamlessly support everyday living and entertaining. This home fits on a narrow 14 metre wide block and still allows for plenty of generous outdoor spaces. Pictured in these images is a 20 metre long lap pool that flanks the home. This area can equally be an additional entertaining area or even space for a small camper trailer. Floor plan is coming next post.
