23.01.2022 Recently machined and delivered 2off covers for our old workplace Firmins Lane Engineering. The material was laser cut out of grade 350 plate x 100mm thick. It’s a great example of how the material arrives in our workshop and machined out to create the final product. Approximately 75% of the raw material went straight into the scrap steel bin for recycling

23.01.2022 An intricate little piece that was manufactured in our 5 axis lathe in just two setups. The zinc plating was an added process that was re-engineered by the customer and will act as erosion prevention which will increase the lifespan of this component.

18.01.2022 Was great to have on opportunity to help a mate out with a commemoration piece for his motorbike as an after hours project. Matt was up for the challenge programming his design onto the domed Aluminium cover and completed the machining on our Mazak CNC milling machine. We were so happy with how the piece came out it would of been rude not to get a photo and post it

13.01.2022 An order of 16 x Cap Head bolts made out of a high tensile material for the Snowy Hydro scheme in NSW. Additionally we added our company logo for a bit of polish, programmed on Fusion360 and machined on our CNC milling machine

12.01.2022 An enjoyable little Pump Cover project completed late last week. The piece was programmed using Fusion360 and the program was then transferred to our Mazak milling machine and machined out of Grade 250 plate.
