21.01.2022 I am in two minds about this article, on the one hand I am happy that investors are following the Warren Buffet maxim of "be greedy when others are fearful". On the other hand, it is always extremely prudent to get good advice on what, why and when to buy and more importantly when to sell it. Buying good companies with strong balance sheets is always a start but there is always so much more to it. It would be like me doing the renovation on our house, i would have good intentions but it would end badly.
