20.01.2022 Some great tips on raising well adjusted kids. https://www.inc.com//want-to-raise-successful-kids-psychol

20.01.2022 If your still not feeling yourself after the bushfires, this is a great initiative, make the call and start to heal!!

20.01.2022 Sometimes listening to yourself is equally as important as listening to others.

19.01.2022 Be gentle to yourselves and each other. If you need support, reach out.

17.01.2022 Mistakes teach us who we are and promote us to grow. Yet sometimes the fear of making one, keeps us frozen and stuck.

16.01.2022 2020 feels like this, it’s hard not to get stuck in the sadness of it all. What’s important, is not the constant retelling of the event, but how we survived it and how we can recover from it.

15.01.2022 So it seems 2020 is the year that has so far presented challenge after challenge. The training side of our business has been heavily affected, with training virtually shutting down due to Covid-19 restrictions. Training will still be available after restrictions are lifted, however the only future opportunity we have for training is now limited to weekends. On the bright side our counselling has adapted well, with room enough to adhere to social distancing restrictions and ye...t still provide high quality, face to face support. In response to these challenges, we have had to diversify, and this brings yet another change to our counselling practice. Our hours are now exclusively between 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday. We hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience to our current or future clients and that we are all able to embrace the opportunities that come with periods of great change.

13.01.2022 We are still open!! We have enough space to ensure social distancing of 4 square metres, we have sanitised our rooms and we disinfect surfaces after each client. We have at least half an hour between clients so that risk is decreased. ... We ask that our clients use the soap and paper towel provided in the men’s restroom before entering our rooms. We also ask if you are feeling unwell, please get in touch to reschedule. If you would like to book in a session, please message, email or call.

08.01.2022 We as a community can stand up for those unable to speak for themselves. 1800RESPECT (please be advised the attached video may be triggering)

07.01.2022 Old ways are useful, they guide us, teach us and keep us safe, sometimes they also hinder us, and keep us stuck in unhelpful patterns. Don't throw out everything, make small adjustments and gain new results.

04.01.2022 If you want to help, but haven’t known how, this is one way to get involved!!
