The question is what would you prefer to invest your time and money into? 1.TEMPORARY happiness like holidays, Christmas presents/decorations, family or friend gatherings where you feel judged or not able to be yourself, clothes, takeaway food and alcohol. 2. Or sacrifice some of the above for a short time to invest time and money into your own healing, growth and happiness by get...ting LONG TERM results and transformations! Here’s my top 3 reasons why people choose the temporary happiness option number 1 to invest in rather than the long term option 2. 1. It’s easier to stay in our pain, it’s become our routine, it’s all we know! It’s our comfortably uncomfortable! It’s familiar, it’s easier than trying something new and UNKNOWN! It’s also easier to stay in our VICTIM mindset, that we feel safe in, even though it’s complete hell each and every day living through your pain and existence, it still seems easier than CHANGE. This also relates to the aspect of being totally asleep or unaware that anything in your life needs changing - that you’re happy living a stable, mediocre life - cos that’s what everyone else is doing right? 2. Negative beliefs and literally just STORIES we’ve come to believe are our truth! For example: I’m not good enough! Im not worthy of healing or happiness! I’m broken and unfixable anyway, nothing’s worked in the past so nothing will work now! I’m too old to invest in myself now. I’m not smart enough. These are all just beliefs that ARE NOT TRUE and can be changed. 3. The I’m too broke or don’t have the money - but what do you spend money on?? How many takeaway meals have you wasted money on this month? How much money have you wasted on Christmas presents and decorations when you could have invested in your FOREVER happiness? How much money spent on clothes, stop and think where you’re spending your money and really focus on what you want and TRULY NEED! So right now as we ascend into these higher frequencies.... these photonic light rays are blasting onto the earths plane.... we’re receiving upgrades into our cellular nervous system at a rate we’ve never had in this lifetime!... 12.01.2022 YOU WANT PROOF, I GOT THE PROOF! All of those who don’t believe in 2020 being a whole new energetic upgrade for the planet well My body is absolute proof there is a phenomenal energetic upgrade occurring on humanity this year! ... Out of the 9 months of 2020 I’ve experienced SIX 6 of those SEIZURE FREE! My seizures were monthly, maybe every now and again I’d skip a month but this year I’ve only had 3! Not to mention the extreme, intense levels of awareness, connectivity and higher levels of consciousness I’ve been able to access, like many other conscious leaders of this new earth. Seizures are caused by an energetic misfire in my brain, so it only makes perfect sense why this year my body has experienced this DNA upgrade! Plus, my seizures are caused by stress too.....so if 2020 isn’t the most stressful year we’ve experinced then....?? I AM THE PROOF! 09.01.2022 What’s your definition of a lady? Or what does it mean to you to be a lady/a woman? This has been something I’ve struggled with my whole life! I grew up as the biggest Tom boy, trying to prove to the boys I could do everything they could do! ... Everything I could do to prove that women had the power, the courage and the balls too! We were never prime examples of what a lady represented that’s for sure! That was our running joke! We spent our teenage years sourcing the best downhills for our longboards (long skateboards), organising our next snowboard trip or river trip to go wakeboarding. Each one of these sports I felt I had to prove myself, my worth, my ability - I had an unquenchable thirst to be the best, and I wouldn’t allow any girl be better than me. I pushed myself to the limits, without even realizing what I was doing until decades later! That I’D BUILT MY SELF WORTH AROUND WHAT OTHERS THOUGHT OF ME AND WHAT I COULD DO - not BE! This was predetermined by my childhood trauma, and as I’ve said took me decades to realise. Is the person you’ve been living as someone who’s wearing a mask too? Is it someone who’s trying to prove a point to the world? Are you holding back from the REAL you, in fear of being judged or not accepted? 08.01.2022 A MUST READ IF I TRIGGER YOU! I was just talking to a beautiful friend who has such a kind loving heart with a strong purpose and mission behind it! She is determined to empower women and remind them that there is an alternative to working their day to day job they hate, which includes doing it with kids too!... BUT......she is terrified of how she will be judged and looked at by family and friends when she starts posting about it. When she starts SPEAKING HER TRUTH! Speaking her divine wisdom that’s coming through her! This is something that is holding so many incredible people back! They have such amazing ideas to bring to this world but the crippling fear of being judged stops them! WHY ARE WE SO CRUEL?????? I obviously get this a lot! So much judgement around my opinions, beliefs, lifestyle and work! From a stranger I can cope, I have the tools and see them from a place of unconditional love, just sending me another lesson But with family and friends judgement, that’s the hardest! And unfortunately because we feel safe around them we also feel safe to judge them as much as we like! Sometimes without even knowing the full story! We see a little snippet of what someone does then make a confirmed belief. Because before the little snippet we already had the belief that they’d lost the plot, so that little peak has solidified that belief! I actually now understand and enjoy when I trigger others with my opinions and ideals of life. Triggering others, we are actually doing them a favour! As much as they may say nasty words about us or judge us, by being triggered it is making them grow! We are giving them the gift of awareness and allowing them to uncover the shadows and masks they’re hiding behind! It may take some time to see that, but it starts the process of looking at life from another perspective and that is part of my mission! 08.01.2022 This was me 3 years ago! ARE YOU GOING TO F&$KING DO THE WORK??? Are you going to make the changes or just keep feeling sorry for yourself because life hasn’t changed? This is what my mind used to say to me. The problem is most people only want to commit to what FEELS GOOD! ... I’ve heard from people this week how hard their life is, how sick of being sick they are, how exhausted and overwhelmed they are, just how BLA they are with life. Then in the next breath when I offer a solution I hear excuses for not signing up to my 8 week Become Your BLISS online program. I haven’t got enough time I can’t afford it right now I couldn’t spend that on myself and not the kids I’m not ready for the work I’m going on a nice relaxing holiday instead All these bull shit excuses. (And they are, even the money ones!) BUT THEY WANT CHANGE! Are they waiting for a magic wand to come and fix them, I know I was 4 years ago! To find the light you have to move through the darkness! Diamonds are formed from being under pressure! To achieve a goal you’ve NEVER achieved you have to do things you’ve NEVER done before! Complete and pure BLISS But to get to this point we had to cancel our family holiday, I had to leave the kids for a week which I’d never done before and ask people to help with pick ups etc, do some deep inner exploration of myself and of course wonder how we’d pay for it! We had all the fears but I just KNEW I had to do something different. Something extreme that I’d never tried! (Cos trust me I thought I’d tried it all!!) 08.01.2022 My word for this year was COLLABORATION! Little did I know how huge that meant! At the end of 2019 I was feeling this word so powerfully, knowing we conscious leaders are all coming together for the same cause without the need to be better, more than or successful than the other! It’s all about the bigger picture for us.... The collaboration of modern science and ancient healing techniques has been a huge passion of mine in my own healing journey! But COLLABORATION now means soooo much more! The collaboration of the human species right now is what’s needed for us to survive and THRIVE! COLLABORATION with COMPASSION! Not forgetting we are all hurting, all frustrated, some in fear. Remember the need to take out your pain on someone else who has a different opinion to you is just your internal feelings needing to be released! They have merely triggered this within you. There are so many healthy, healing techniques you can use to release these negative emotions. For anger and frustration the best thing to do is primal screaming! Feel the emotion in your stomach, feel it rise up and out of your throat! SCREAMMMM it out (use a pillow to scream into if you have others at home) CRY....when was the last time you cried? RELEASE these feelings positively, not onto someone else, who you may not even know the burden they’re carrying! HURT PEOPLE, only hurt people - so let’s love them beyond their wildest dreams! 06.01.2022 What the transition from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius means! We have been transitioning for the last century, these Ages last for about 2400 years. This is why there has been a huge advancement in Spiritual awareness (think of how trendy Yoga has become, meditation and other forgotten practices). People have been drawn to the ancient techniques that had been dormant for centuries!... We have come out of the age of Pisces which is often referred to as the age of Jesus (remember these Ages last over 2000 years). So we’ve experienced the Age of Pisces with the rise in religions, (not just Christianity) and the diminish of our equalizing gods and Goddesses like Isis, Hathor and Sekhmet. The age of Pisces is represented as an age of POWER (seriously, how many wars has this world had in the last 2000 years?), technology advancement but also rise in compassion and birthing of unconditional love and service to humanity, think Mother Teresa. The overwhelming difference and shift from age of Pisces into age of Aquarius is the shift from being OVERPOWERED BY OTHERS(dictatorship) TO FINDING THE POWER WITHIN Now we are being aware that we are the only ones who can create anything in our lives - no one else is responsible nor able to heal us, make us happy or take our freedom! I have never felt more at peace with myself. And this is just the beginning ... I committed to this work with Brooke 6 months ago and it has completely turned my life around.
