03.01.2022 To all our clients and their families, We wanted to let you know that we are monitoring the current pandemic situation closely and following government and NSW Health guidelines and recommendations strictly. Your health and the health of our staff is paramount. We have escalated infection control policies and are abiding by government guidelines to protect you and our staff. Please be aware of the following: If you are at all unwell, or have been close contact with someone... diagnosed with Covid-19 please call us to reschedule your appointment Please use the sanitiser provided BEFORE and AFTER your appointment. We are continuing with current clinical staff hand hygiene processes and cleaning of chairs after use. Any items used by clients within treatment rooms will be cleaned after every use We are cleaning common areas multiple times a day with alcohol based cleaner. If you prefer to wait for your appointment in your car, away from others we can do that. Please help us by not bringing any extra people into the clinic, practicing your own hand hygiene and cancelling your appointment if you are unwell. No staff will be attending work if they are at all unwell. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all try to navigate this challenging time.
