Attached to the bottle is a touching note that could help all of us find some... strength to deal with the uncertain times we are facing. "Just like you, this plant has been cut away from it's 'normal'. "Just like you, this plant will need fresh water and sunlight over the next few weeks (position near a window, change water weekly). "Just like you, this plant will need some time to adjust. "Just like you, this plant will eventually grow new roots and shoots. "As time goes on, you can drop a pebble into the water each day. "These little shocks will strengthen the roots as they learn to grow around hard places. You may also be in for a few little shocks. "In a few months, or even years, you may like to settle this plant in the ground. Give it a partly shady position, lots of water for the first little while and, if you really want to help it along, a little manure. "Just like you, this little guy can turn any kind of crap into fertiliser. "Just like you, it can become something bigger and better than it ever would have been if not for being cut away from what it knew as 'normal'.
