21.01.2022 Amazing encounters, sorry no passengers today, this was crew training... apparently! For our August tours we will be incorporating a small fast spotter boat effectively doubling our whale search area, doubling our spotting chances and doubling your experience.

09.01.2022 Thank you Townsville, North Queensland, one of the farthest North resting, calving and mating locations for the Australian East Coast Humpback Whale migration. As such our whale watching season is short! We see our greatest numbers in late July and August, with a few hanging around in early September. But by mid September - gone! Hungry, needing to get their new calves to the feeding grounds off Antarctica for the summer algal and krill blooms. We have booked out our weekend tours, with our last tour on September 6th. SO we have opened up 2 Friday tours, the 28th Aug and the 4th September. Get in quick if you can. From your friendly family crew on Kalinda.
