Arrived promptly, then quickly & thoroughly grasped the problems, and then very quickly measured & assessed issues and gave us the good news that they could fix everything on the spot at a reasonable cost. They then fixed the problems in a very short time, including replacing a broken antenna and orienting the new one towards a better direction. We now have many very clear channels instead of the few scratchy ones we had before. The previous antenna guy had quoted a massive job including re-cabling, whereas Jason just replaced what was broken. Very happy with the job, and highly recommend Jason & TV Magic."
