My 3 boys are at the stage where they just want to play anything...... With Dad. But I will put everything on hold when the All Blacks play! Tell us something that not many people know about you. I could be a super hero ;) Your favourite experience with a customer? I once went to do a job for a lovely old couple, who look after their daughter's 3 small kids and couldn't get TV reception. We thought it might be a faulty antenna problem. Money was tight for them as they were pensioners and looked after 3 small kids full time. After doing all of my testing, I found that it was a connection problem and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. Happy customers and even happier kids. 19.01.2022 The TV Magic Awards Conference for 2016 was held last weekend, and a huge congratulations goes out to Matthew Brandon, Franchisee of TV Magic West Brisbane (which covers all suburbs North of Brisbane up to Caboolture) for winning both Franchisee of the Year 2016 and the Customer Service Award 2016. Anyone who has had Matt out to their place won't be surprised that he has won the Customer Service of the Year Award 3 years out of the last 4!
