21.01.2022 You can have pancakes for dinner, right? Tonight hubby and I were having the Garlic Prawns from the ECTF and my boys dont eat prawns so instead I made them Apple and Blueberry buttermilk pancakes. These were awesome the only sugar in the recipe was 1 tbs of honey and the fruit! Recipe link in comments

13.01.2022 Last month I got the new Vegetarian Cookbook and chip so today I decided to try it out. Pumpkin tart. The taste of this is quite sweet so you couldn't eat much of it but it still got the thumbs up. I would recommend cooking the base for longer than suggested as it was still quite soft after baking and difficult to serve
