Wild Breads Turkish Pide Norco Butter Knotsbury Farm Free Range Eggs Baby Spinach Lemon Recipe- Easy Hollandaise Sauce- Using a double boiler (pot with glass bowl on top) bring water to a simmer. Squeeze juice from half a lemon into glass bowl Add the yolks from two large eggs Chop 125gms butter into 1cm cubes and whisk in one cube at a time until all melted, Continue to whisk until it thickens, ensuring glass bowl does not get too hot as this will scramble your eggs. Set aside and salt and pepper to taste. Poached Eggs- Using a large saucepan fill with water leaving 2cm gap from top. Add a dash of white vinegar and bring to a rapid boil Once water is boiling, crack eggs slowly into the boiling water. For a firm white with runny yolk boil for 3-4 minutes, longer if a firmer yolk is desired. Remove immediately after desired texture Assemble spinach eggs and hollandaise sauce on toasted turkish pide and enjoy
