19.01.2022 Beautiful cooler weather for training this afternoon! December schedule is as follows: Wed 2 Dec - NO TRAINING (on holidays)... Wed 9 Dec - TRAINING ON Wed 16 Dec - LAST SESSION OF THE YEAR Commencement date in new year TBC. Will likely start with some beach training sessions to take advantage of the sea breeze!

19.01.2022 Kirra Parkrun is resuming this Saturday. It’s a great opportunity to run a 5km with a group of people who spur you on to run your best. Your time is recorded and emailed to you. It’s great fun

19.01.2022 Tahlia’s first race in 3 years! She had to step out of comfort zone in a HUGE way and came out with a silver medal at Branch Titles U14 2km beach race. Races & training provide such growth opportunities. The medals that they attain are special, exciting and are to be celebrated but the personal growth that they gain through the whole process lasts a lifetime, and overflows and empowers them in so many other areas of their life. State titles here we come!!
