23.01.2022 I also look after commercial sites. Everything is so dry, the grass in the foreground has suffered and plants that are normally hardy are really showing signs of stress. Did some hand watering here today, quite a few watering cans full.

18.01.2022 I love helping people get their yard under control. You don’t need a show garden or lawn bowls quality turf to engage me. This family just didn’t have the time to get the mower out and deal with the ever increasing height of their grass. I also renewed all the hard edges with the edges.

17.01.2022 First session at a new clients place today Mr Jeremy Fisher he didn’t say much which was good because I was just weeding for 4 hours. This is a very large garden with a very large weed problem, going to take quite a few visits to tame it I think. Looking forward to meeting Mr Peter Rabbit in the next few weeks too

12.01.2022 Lovely little spot to work today. Pretty warm out. I gave this a good tidy up for an end of lease. Hope the tenants all enjoy their new digs.

06.01.2022 How good is mulch! Today as part of my volunteer hours and with the help of C3 Church Hobart (who covered the cost of the mulch) I dressed up one of the sites for Hobart City Mission. The guys from C3 had put mulch down a couple of years ago but it was looking a bit average so a new lot went down today. Over the next few months I’ll be back here to help make this space a real home. Here are some simple before and afters

01.01.2022 Before and after. This home had a nice little garden space but it was over run with weeds and grass. After a few hours of clearing I added a 10cm layer of mulch on top of some geo fabric weed suppressing mat to give this homes entrance a well deserved make over.
