All sugars used are from Australian grown cane sugars or Stevia... no other sugars or artificial sweeteners are used. No other preservatives are added and all locally grown ingredients are grown completely free from any sprays or artificial fertilizers. 18.01.2022 Golden Queen peaches are ready to be picked! We have several different varieties of peaches in the orchard, including Golden Queen peaches, which look almost like a very large Apricot with a similar texture, and don't ripen until late February. We make jam from both the early and late peaches. The jam from Golden Queen peaches is much chunkier and firmer than the earlier varieties.... It is difficult, if not almost impossible to buy peach jams in the supermarkets - therefore we find that Peach Jam is one of our most popular products. Purchase a jar of each of our Peach Jams and see and taste the difference!

12.01.2022 Meet our chooks! They are not just good-looking but also great little helpers. We call them ‘bug controllers’ - they live in the orchard and take care of the pests and weeds. Thanks to the chooks we don’t ever spray our fruit trees with nasty chemicals, so the jams and preserves we make are truly organic.

11.01.2022 Remember our Limited Edition Berry Delight Jam? Well, it's back! And what a 'delight' this jam is! Spread it on the morning toast or crumpet, add to muffins or use to make a lovely tart. The berries in this jam come from our farm - we also add locally grown organic Strawberries and locally grown Blueberries from Denbarker (and if you haven’t tasted these Blueberries grown in the beautiful Great Southern area of Western Australia then you are really missing out!) ... To this we add Lemon Juice and a small amount of Pectin and minimum sugar. This is a wonderful brightly coloured jam with the magnificent taste of all the berries you just have to try this!
