It could look as simple as witnessing the moon (or feeling into it if you can’t see it physically) and noticing three things that you are grateful for. Perhaps you could write on some paper three things that you’d ...like to release (old habits, outdated thoughts/beliefs, forgiving someone or yourself) and lighting it aflame. Perhaps soaking in a nice hot bath with rose petals or salts, just creating a sacred space for your own little ritual. The moons potent energy could also be soaked up during a meditation. It doesn’t matter what you do, it’s always just a nice gesture to come back to gratitude, self-love and clearing of things that no longer serve us.
