20.01.2022 Sometimes we forget that we are spiritual beings on a human journey. We place our human (ego) selves at the centre of our world. While that is perfectly natural, it’s good to remember that we are actually an extension of our Higher Self, not the other way around. So, with that in mind, ask yourself now what that changes about the way you live your life. As an extension of your Higher Self, as a spiritual being on a human journey, what will you change? What will you do differ...ently, what will stay the same? How does your life look when you choose to live it from a place of alignment with your soul self, from a place of love, compassion, peace and joy? What boundaries will you put in place, what limits will you break through? How will you nurture yourself, your inner child, and those around you? How will you serve, and how will you shine your light for yourself and others? Will you do more playing, dancing, singing, running, jumping, laughing, crying, and living your truth? 16.01.2022 Hi everyone, obviously we are going to be in lockdown for a little bit longer, so we need to carry on as best we can. With that in mind, I am going to start teaching online classes (one on one) from next week. I have all your usual appointments available, plus I am adding Friday morning to my regular schedule, so please let me know if you would like to continue with online classes and we can book you in. If your schedule doesn’t fit, or if you prefer not to do live sessions, ...I am also able to pre-record mat classes for you. These will be left in a private FB group for you to access whenever you are ready. Pre-recorded mat classes will be available at no cost over this lockdown, and will be available to all my clients. Just let me know if you would like to access the group and I will add you in. All of my Angel Healing services with Twin Heart Healing are also still available as usual on Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons and Sundays (by distance). 15.01.2022 At the end of 2019 I was lucky enough to go to a Reiki share where a very wise lady (@somaandsoul_ ) gave us a brief rundown on the energies we could expect to see in 2020. Now that we have finished one of the most memorable (and meme-able) years in history, I wish that I had taken more notes of what Sue said. What I do remember and what stuck with me from that day was that 2020 would be challenging, that it would create upheaval and a breaking down of life as we know it, but... that it would also be ultimately for the good. The key word for the year would be compassion. Sue likened 2020 to the demolition stages of building a house when everything gets taken down to nothing so that new, strong foundations can be built. A clearing stage. I can’t speak for everybody, but in 2020 I think most of us found the above to be true. For me 2020 was a steep learning curve at times, and filled with many unexpected challenges and lessons - and many unexpected blessings too. 2020 has helped me clear away a lot of the things that weren’t serving me, in terms of people, behaviours, habits - pretty much everything that needed to go has gone and been replaced with blueprints to build on. And that is the exciting thing about 2021. Now that we have gone through the demolition stages, we have a blank space, a blank canvas, on which to create our own masterpiece. If we grab this opportunity we have free rein to build from our hearts via our imaginations. Take some time tomorrow to ask yourself what you learned in 2020. How have you changed? What would you like to do differently in the future? We know we can’t go back to how things were pre-2020, but we do have an opportunity to create something new and beautiful, and resonant with who we truly are, however that looks. I think most of us have shifted massively this year so it makes sense to build anew to suit who we have grown to be. 2021 won’t be all sunshine and roses but we have just navigated a monumental year - we can handle whatever comes next, and we can build something special out of the rubble. 14.01.2022 A big facet of my journey lately has been about reaching a true level of surrender. Also known as letting go of control - it turns out I wasn’t nearly as relaxed and go with the flow-ey as I thought . I thought I was surrendering, but my surrender came with micromanagement and way too many added clauses around how I felt things should go. I always have plenty of help from my guides though, so, after several weeks in what I call the Archangel Michael Bootcamp of Trust, I’ve ...learnt all about handing my worries over to the Divine, and I feel lighter and freer for it. There is more flow in my life and I am able to relax, knowing things will work out exactly as they should. Try it out. Hand it all over - all your worries, fears, frustrations, the what if’s - every night before you go to sleep. Say it out loud, write it down, start a conversation. Hand it all to whoever resonates - God, the Universe, your Angels or Guides, and keep it simple. Resist the urge to micromanage and get into the specifics of what you think should happen - that’s not true surrender. The Universe is infinite remember? It has a wider range of vision. You can trust it. It does take practice to break through the need to feel in control; the belief that we know best, but stick with it. Have faith and trust that the Divine will work everything out for the highest good. I’m not going to blog about it, I’ll leave you with the full quote to mull over. Don’t play small lovelies Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, ...talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. It’s on Gaia (like Netflix but in 5D!) and it emanates love, humour and compassion.
