16.01.2022 Rice salad for 500 served as part of Naidoc day today @ southern cross uni for Dan Sultans concert. Even had 3 trays of rice and 3 coleslaws left over that went with the 5 loaves who do a great food service for those in need in Lismore.

10.01.2022 Found the last couple of pieces of the puzzle to finish the commercial kitchen. Pick up the exhaust hood Friday and will start installation next week and the service window will also be delivered the same day

09.01.2022 I've signed this. Much like the bushfood industry, much of the wealth generated should be going to indigenous businesses but it doesn't. When I am sourcing my products, I try and purchase from Aboriginal suppliers. This is not always possible as certain products are tied up with one or two non indigenous suppliers. This example is far worse as it means no Aboriginal clothing businesses will be able to use the flag that represents Aboriginal people. I read another article that astonishingly showed this organisation previously selling clothing with Aboriginal influenced designs that were made offshore in Asia. Please read the comments below and sign if you feel that way inclined. I never know if these things make a difference, but worth a shot.
