07.01.2022 For us here in the southern hemisphere, Monday 21st December is Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Summer is a festival of our inner power. The power that brings things to light and expands and enriches our lives. The long hot days can serve as a reminder of how good it is to find a balance between being active & being still....hello lazy days in my hammock reading my book! ... So as we watch the ripening of our days let’s notice and be moved by and grateful for all the light father sun so lovingly provides for us. This coming Monday marks a potent day, not only is it the Summer Solstice there is also a rare alignment taking place called the Great Conjunction. And to make the energies even more potent, this follows on from the total solar eclipse that occurred last week. The solar eclipse that we experienced last Monday opened a portal for new beginnings and the Great Conjunction will serve to amplify this energy. The opening of this portal allows for high frequency energies to reach the planet! So what is the Great Conjunction? This is when Saturn and Jupiter align at the same degree of the zodiac and it only occurs every 20 years or so. The Great Conjunction represents a changing of an era and a shift in world views. This Great Conjunction on Monday is occurring in Aquarius which will further move us toward the Age of Aquarius. This portal that opened last Monday on the total solar eclipse and that will be amplified with the Great Conjunction will help us to step into a new earth, a new way of living.
