14.01.2022 It breaks my heart but I know it is right for me and my family. I would like to say a big and sincere thank you to all of the people who have supported me on this journey. I have been very, very lucky to have such wonderful customers, neighbours, landlord, social media friends and the other locally owned shops in the area. It has been a pleasure. Can I ask you one last time to support me by coming down to the sale and helping me empty the store of stock. Doors will be closing 7 January 2019.

09.01.2022 Tan leather armchair $250 This single armchair is soft and comfortable in gorgeous tan leather with a lovely lived in look. It has tougher leather on the sides for durability.

09.01.2022 All hail Soxy the 1.5kg guard dog extraordinaire! While Mick and Amy were at cricket on Monday night Soxy woke me up with her barking, while whinging at her, I got up to find a strange man a metre away from me in my kitchen. Thankfully he was making a dash for the back door (because of Soxys barking). He didn’t get anything and Jenna & I, although a little shaken, are fine. Jenna (god bless her cotton socks) says, call 000, (thanks Harold the Giraffe) she was so brave. The ...police and emergency response were amazing! The learning from the situation was to give my kids an emergency plan, police phone numbers and a place to go (which happens to involve our wonderful neighbours and Soxys back up squad - two massive Rottweilers).

07.01.2022 SOLD - I have a gorgeous semi aniline leather couch available. Not only is it beautiful it is super comfortable too with a nice high back to sink in. Approximately 2.4 m long so you can stretch out for a day sleep while watching the telly. $1200. These couches were the most popular I ever sold.

05.01.2022 Before and Afters - white walls look great in photos but are very difficult to live with day in day out - every other detail in the room needs to be perfect (or white too) for them to maintain that magazine look. Colour hides a multitude of sins and daily life with it. With the right colour it instantly creates a cohesive look and can reflect or create the mood you want in that room. Green is super popular at the moment but there are literally thousands of colours that will give your room the wow factor and it only costs a tin of paint. Call me if you would like some help with your own projects.

04.01.2022 We are doing sewing lessons here at http://sewnstudio.com.au in Ballina it is awesome to learn how to do things properly (or learn from scratch). There is a maximum of two per class so it is really comfortable and you can ask lots of (dumb) questions. Brittany is fantastic and only $60 per person for two hours. (Bonus - very shortly you can use your creative kids vouchers too.)
