17.01.2022 We're big believers that building wealth through property has nothing to do with being able to buy 'things', and everything to do with freeing up more time - so life doesn't just happen to you. What do you think?

16.01.2022 Interest rates are important, no doubt. But in the wise words of Warren Buffet, price is what you pay, value is what you get. Focusing solely on getting 'the lowest interest rate' may sometimes mean you miss out on other useful features. Also worth bearing in mind that not everyone will qualify for all loan products.... It's about balancing all your needs, now and into the future. Get in touch to find out how we'd help you choose a home loan. See more

15.01.2022 The Australian housing market is now worth - wait for it - $8.1 trillion. Yet it wasn't too long ago that the 'experts' were predicting property prices were going to fall off a cliff. Moral of the story is there are always going to be plenty of opinions floating around, so it's worth keeping in mind that investing in real estate is a long game.... We can't predict the future, but history dictates that investing in property is as safe as...well, houses. This is not intended as financial advice, of course, we do recommend speaking with an expert and doing your own due diligence.

11.01.2022 Think of us as your finance matchmakers. We start by understanding what you want and need, as far as your financial future is concerned. We scour the market and analyse thousands of loan options (we have smart systems in place to help us).... We then facilitate the application process, helping you put your best foot forward. We do all this so you don't have to.

03.01.2022 Buy now, pay later services (Afterpay, Zip, Humm, etc) have well and truly disrupted traditional credit cards. If you pay on time - great, no interest! But these services will hit you with late fees if you miss your repayments. The key here is making sure you don't over-extend yourself. If a new home loan is on the horizon for you, keep in mind some lenders will view your Afterpay account as an ongoing credit facility (like a credit card), which may impact how much they're wi...lling to lend you. We've got a lot of insight into the closely guarded bank policies, that unfortunately we can't share here. Get in touch if you're applying for a loan and want help putting your best foot forward.
