Perfect for those of you afraid of a blank canvas but would like to try ....your creative expression is waiting to unfold within every person who is brave enough to trust, let go be in the moment and explore You are invited to come and be expertly guided through a mark making, fun journey using a variety of applications and mixed media techniques (including veg n fruit and found objects) to stencil, print, stamp, splash, spray, draw, write and collage building up layers of colour texture and depth onto our quality stretched canvas. we will learn about the 12 petaled lotus of the heart and Rudolf Steiner's 6 essential/basic exercises We will use our bodies to tune into the ever flowing source of joy and beauty..
