25.01.2022 We have some incredible news!! We have teamed up with the amazing Meg from Kruz Creations Photography to offer our amazing clients mini-brand shoots at an affordable price. Using consistent, high quality, professional photographs across all your brand platforms increases awareness and trust to your customers. There are 5 sessions available at this discounted rate and will fill fast! These shoots will be taking place in the first week of December.... How do they work? Each mini brand shoot includes 1-2 hours of shooting time. Your products will be captured on their own as well as with multiple props. You will receive a minimum of 10 high quality hero images, as well as web optimised. All images will be available to download in your own private gallery. Additional images can also be purchased individually. All we simply need if your products posted to us and a return satchel and all your products will be returned to you! This means that these mini brand shoots are open to anyone in Australia! Each Mini Brand Shoot is an investment of $260.00

We are closing off pre Christmas delivery orders on the 1st, this is to allow enough time for us to be able to print your order and post... but also allow enough time for you to be able to ship out to your own customers. 12.01.2022 This week has been absolutely insane with trying to get our house on the market, getting all your work out and a small printer cut issue which has now been sorted out! I know a few of you have been following along with our renovation and getting our house ready for sale which has felt like it has taken the past 12 months... but the day is finally here and I can share these photos. For a super quick sale! ... Huge shoutout to the beautiful Hannah @libertyevesoycandles who supplied me last minute with some candle goodies after my box of candles has gone missing. (I’m talking 12 hours before the shoot ) Now to sit down and tackle my emails!
11.01.2022 In light of new restrictions announced today I have made the decision to close this afternoon until Saturday so I can quickly dash to NSW to see my Mum and Grandmother. As a few of you know all my family live interstate and these constant restriction changes have also cancelled my sisters visit last weekend. 04.01.2022 I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!! I’ve been enjoying some much needed rest with the family this weekend (even though our printers are currently going non stop). I just wanted to touch base and let everyone know about current turnaround times. ... At present we are working at capacity which means we are working super long hours to get your work out as quickly as possible but we are allowing up to 7-10 business days to print orders and then additional time for post on top, all orders are being sent express via Australia Post. If you require design as well please allow additional time as we are now booking into October, so if you are needing anything custom designed for Christmas now is the time to start to get organised. To be fair to everyone we are no longer accepting rush orders so please be mindful when ordering labels and with Christmas quickly approaching we definitely recommend be on top of your label stock especially due to shortages. If you order and then add to your order, add ons will be added to the end of the queue and if you prefer to have everything sent together it will be pushed back to the latest order is ready. I know that everyone is being affected with jar and fragrance shortages but this is also extending to other industries as well. Our usual premium matte vinyl is currently out of stock but we have made the switch to another product which in our opinion is actually a much nicer product. Also a reminder to get your order into the queue it is best to contact us via email! I do not accept orders via dm on Instagram, text message (I actually don’t even check my text messages ) etc. Our emails get checked at 8:30am and then again in the evening. This is to ensure that I do not spend all my time working in my emails rather than creating your beautiful designs and printing your product labels. Emails are not replied to from Friday afternoon til Monday. Mentally, for my family I prefer to be present with my children rather than working for weekends. Also, the print studios will be closed from September 14-16 whilst we move premises. xx
