25.01.2022 Taste of Melbourne - Exhibition Building 2010. As part of The Upper Goulburn Food and Wine Cultural Group we shared the stand over the 4 days with other local producers. We had 2012 people through our stand - not bad for beginners eh... (How did we come up with those figures you ask.... it was based on the number of tasting spoons and sticks and loaves of bread we used)

20.01.2022 Yesterday was a Huge Day. The MOTH and I chopped up 12kg Pumpkin & 4 kg Onions (yes there were lots of tears) Today we have Smoke Pumpkin Chutney back on the Farm gate Shelves.

05.01.2022 What a busy weekend. Processed 25 kg tomatoes to make Kasoundi & Kick Arse tomato chutney. Then 4 pumpkins for Smoked Pumpkin chutney. All labelled yesterday a total of 165 units of product. Today we are processing olives, Fig Salami and curds
