19.01.2022 I don't know about you but it's the unknown that I find the hardest. I'm a planner so knowing what options I have helps me to sleep better at night. 06.01.2022 Induced labour. No waterbirth. No gas. No visitors. No children. 1 support person, if at all....shall I go on? Now is a really uncertain, scary time to be pregnant and preparing for birth. With all the knowledge and experience I have around birth, I know that if I were in the position that so many are in right now, I would be feeling all those emotions too. ... How can we - as doulas - make this easier for you? Virtual chats, giving you ALL the options, helping you and your partner find your voice, being there for you in the lead up to the birth AND 100% being there, caring for you, loving you post birth - BECAUSE DOULAS ARE AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE SO HELL YEAH.
