22.01.2022 Meet Abdul, one of the young entrepreneurs we work with. We've connected Abdul with a number of business mentors for ongoing support to run his soccer club for underprivileged youth. "My name is Abdulmalik and I am the founder and director of Fitzroy Lions Soccer Club. In 2012 when I was in 14 yrs old and in year 9, I created a team to join summer soccer tournaments around Melbourne when my family could not afford the fees for me to play in a local club. I loved soccer and ...wanted to be able to play for fun but at a competitive level. We become the finalists in the debut year of the club and won our division the year after. As a result, I received a lot of interests from the young people in the Yarra area to join. I decided to establish a formal soccer club that is community friendly where every player can expect an optimal learning environment with consistently superior coaching, training facilities, equipment and kit with the vision to be the best and affordable youth soccer club development in the area and keeping the youth of the street. Being from a community that has trouble in allowing the youth to come together, this club will allow any member or resident to join and allow opportunities to expand for young talents while showing the community that teenagers like me can achieve our aims with support."

12.01.2022 When I hear that the average tenure in tech is just two years, I wonder how anyone gets anything done. Hiring and training people is not only expensive, but draining. All that energy could go into making better products with people youve kept happy for the long term
