24.01.2022 We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our website tonight. We will be taking the website down from 8pm and back online in 5 hours. We are moving to a better, more automated system so we can get your tracking information to you sooner. 21.01.2022 Truly devastating to hear what our friends and family are going through in Melbourne. This has been such a stressful year for every Aussie out there. Please lookout for your elderly neighbors but maintain a distance. Call and check on your friends and family to see how they are doing. A chat over the phone will be so helpful to let them know it will be okay. Follow the rules set up by our local govt and do what is right. Wash your hands and stay at home unless you really cannot go without. We must all do our part and get through this so we can start the recovery process. Take this time to start a small project at home, draw, read, garden..whatever helps you stay positive. We can get through this. Please take care everyone.

13.01.2022 If you have been on our website recently, you may have noticed some new colors. Last week friday we launched our no-valve range and these are selling out quicker than we anticipated. Over the weekend we have taken feedback we received and made changes to our website to suit you. These new items are now on sale at crazy good prices for a limited time only. We have also introduced volume discounts to no-valve masks, so for those families that need to buy more for the extended f...amily and need them in different colors, we've got you covered. 12.01.2022 To our wonderful Masked Warriors, It has been an intense week and we are looking forward to get cracking on the new week ahead. We have processed all orders upto Friday midday and will start processing the new orders from the weekend in the morning. You may have noticed a new look on our website. We have been working hard behind the scenes to try and create a site that is faster and more efficient. We wanted you to find the information you need right away. We want to ensure... you get your tracking in time, and quickly help you with your enquiries. We have upgraded the backend of our site from a clunky manual system to a more sophisticated system that sends you updates automatically and also helps us process your orders faster. We've made it extremely mobile friendly (very fast, like very fast:P) - no distractions, just the information you need. Fast, secure and easy to use! We have also hired two wonderful part-time staff to help us ensure orders get out in time this week. A little note for those who have NOT received their tracking numbers - we have shipped your orders on our old system and we had to do this manually one at a time. This slowed us down a fair bit so we had to pause this system and focus on shipping all orders out so everyone can have a mask by this week. You will be receiving your tracking numbers this week, each parcel will be checked on. We had a slight issue with our pick-up guy who was not scanning items when he picked them up, and as a result, items did not show in the Australia post system until it was being delivered or had been delivered. We have stopped using this service as of Thursday afternoon, and personally scanning each parcel at Australia Post Rouse Hill to ensure all tracking is updated quickly. That's it - remember, we are here to help as best as possible. Please be mindful that we are going through a pandemic and sometimes, couriers have delays. 07.01.2022 Zafari is now online and added to our No Valve collection. This just arrived this week. The print is hand-drawn so you can be assured you will not find it anywhere else. Once we organise a shoot for this, we will be adding more images soon. Replacement filters have been restocked . ... Palmy nights and butterfly prints will be added to stock in the weekend and we will ship out orders that have stock available on Monday P.S The complete new collection will be going online this weekend for pre order so you can take a look and be the first to order.
07.01.2022 Hi Everyone, It is extremely scary and sad to see how so many uninformed businesses have jumped onto the wagon of face masks and trying to exploit the current climate by spreading false information, hiked up prices and little to no support for what they sell. We are getting feedback on forums of how many customers have been getting ripped off with items not being sent for over 6 weeks and products arriving in really poor condition/not fitting well etc. We absolutely believe that every small business should be given the chance to grow and keep afloat but there is just so much misinformation. We found the below on another page and we wanted to inform everyone that these filters have never been and never will be washable. They can only be used for up to 80-100 hours or 7 days, whichever comes first.

06.01.2022 Dear Tiny Tribe, We would like to thank every one of you that has purchased through us. Recently, we have had really high number of orders come through. We are very appreciative and grateful for this but we are still a small family run business and most days it has been 3 of us on picking,packing and customer service. We believe we are doing our best and working as quickly as we can to ensure you get your orders soon. As of yesterday, we have paused sending tracking as thi...s was a manual process and slowing down our packing time. We have our IT person looking into automating this so it is a matter of entering tracking numbers and your order gets updated. Please bear with us while we put this into place. We are processing every order that has come through. None will get left behind. Every order has tracking and a clear trail for us to know where it is in the process. We are also busy replenishing stock, inventing new fabric patterns, creating content for upcoming patterns and chatting with our amazing customers (you) . 02.01.2022 Something to consider if you are buying surgical masks. There are news reports coming about the amount of rubbish this is creating. Surgical masks are single use only and can only be used for a maximum 2 to 5 hours, once it touches hands, it contaminates ,which is why it is better used in hospitals.
